Microsoft Vista
Come Christmas, it’ll be one heckuva job-spree for us here at the office. Lotsa stuff to do for Microsoft, anyhoo, did you guys know that Microsoft will be launching it’s new Operating System this Jan 2007 and it’s nickname will be VIsta. This OS is totally wicked, hey I’m a self-confessed Mac user but I gotta admit Windows Vista may exceed Mac OSX a.k.a Leopard this coming 2007. I got a chance to preview Vista, its got the 3d window flipper feature that replaced the Alt-Tab application switcher. The aero view UI design, which gives every window a semi-opaque(kinda like crystal) effect. well the Start menu’s been rehashed to include a host of other functions such as search. collapsible application menus. To add more fizz to the Windows Viz, they even added Gadgets. You’d be more familiar to it if your a Mac user. On the Mac Gagdets are called Widgets. Well, at least I can say Mac did it first, hehhehehhehe. la lang share ko lang.
